Anita's heart was as warm as her cooking, which became a centerpiece of family gatherings filled with laughter and love. She poured her affection into every dish she created, and her famous Sunday gravy bore the cherished nickname "Christmas gravy," a special treat that carried the magic of the holiday season. The sweet scent of the dadalucias, her beloved Italian cookies, filled her home, offering comfort and joy to all who entered.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years, Joseph Lipari, who journeyed on in 2006, along with her parents, Ann and Patsy Russo, and her siblings, Joseph, Carmen, Thomas, Anthony, and Rosemary.
