Denise Jean Panayoti

Panayoti, Denise Jean, of Clifton, passed away on April 28, 2025 at the age of 87. Beloved mother of Gregory Panayoti and his wife Gabriela, and Valerie Panayoti Raymonds and her husband John. Devoted grandmother of Joseph, Matthew, and Vincent Peter. Denise is reunited with her husband Peter, as well as her parents, Peter and Helen Condaras.

Born in New York, New York in 1937, Denise spent most of her life in Wallington, New Jersey, raising her family, before settling in Clifton for the remaining years of her life. She spent many years working for Curtiss-Wright in Wood Ridge as a secretery. Denise was well known for her love for the New York Rangers. She also enjoyed Trips to Atlantic City, playing cards with friends, visiting her grandchildren and listening to Kenny Rogers.

Visiting on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 4 to 8 PM at Marrocco Memorial Chapel – 470 Colfax Ave. Clifton, NJ. Funeral from Marrocco Memorial Chapel Thursday, May 1, at 9:30 AM. Funeral Liturgy Thursday 10:30 AM at St. George Greek Orthodox Church - 818 Valley Rd. Clifton, NJ. Entombment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park – 234 Paramus Rd. Paramus, NJ.
