Eugene N. Favatella

Favatella, Eugene N., 87 of Clifton, passed away on February 25, 2021. Beloved husband of 63 years to June (Schwaibold) Favatella. Loving father to Timothy Favatella, Andrew Favatella, his wife Donna and the late David Favatella. Devoted grandfather to Brianna Favatella. Dear brother of Theresa Buhler, her husband Joseph, and cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Anthony Sr. and Filomena, sister Marie Aitken and brother Anthony Jr.

Eugene was born in Paterson and lived in Clifton for 61 years. He was a Music Educator for 70 years teaching Private Piano Lessons, leaving a multitude of beloved piano students. Eugene was also a professional jazz musician performing at local venues such as Gulliver’s & Trumpets. He was a member of Fairfield Reformed Church and Musicians Local 248.

Visiting on Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 2PM to 5PM at the Marrocco Memorial Chapel – 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
