Fred Baram

Fred Baram, age 52, passed away on December 25, 2025, in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. He was born on May 16, 1973, in Paterson, New Jersey. He lived most of his life in Clifton before moving to Pompton Lakes.

Fred worked as a Manager at the Fresh Grocer in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, where he was known for his dedication, leadership, and strong work ethic.

Outside of work, Fred enjoyed playing pool and was a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees and New York Jets, supporting his teams with unwavering loyalty and good-natured humor through every season. Above all else, Fred loved spending time with his son, who was the greatest joy of his life.

Fred is survived by his loving mother, Teresa Antonopoulos, and his beloved son, Jason Baram, who meant everything to him.

Memorial visiting will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Marrocco Memorial Chapel, 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Philip the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Clifton.

Fred will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his sense of humor, and the love he shared with those closest to him.
