Hector D. Restrepo Mesa

Hector De Jesus Restrepo Mesa, 70 of Paterson, N.J., Passed away peacefully and surrounded by love on January 28, 2018. He has been reunited with his love and mother to his children, Maria Elena Del Socorro Velez De Restrepo. He is loved and survived by his daughters Silene Perez, Janneth Restrepo, Erica Restrepo and Michelle Restrepo. He was a doting grandfather to Melisa Bedoya, Lissette Arango, Jaythen Arango and David Perez and also to his great granddaughter Juliet Santos.

Mr. Restrepo was born in Buenos Aires, Colombia and came to the U.S. in 1985 to pursue a better life for his family. He worked several years in a textile factory in Hawthorne, N.J. and retired at age 63. He was a lover of animals, especially his children’s dogs, who he called his grandkids. He will be sorely missed by all of his family and friends but always remembered.

The Family will receive their relatives and friends on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 4 PM to 7 PM at the Marrocco Memorial Chapel - 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton.
