Helen Loden

Loden, Helen (Sinchock), 97 of Clifton passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 12, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Michael Loden. Loving mother of Beth Loden of Arlington, VA. & Carol Loden of Clifton. Loving Grandmother of Jennifer, Eric, Sara & Helene. Loving Great Grandmother of Matilda, Kate & Paolo. Sister of Kay Kaniuka of Brick, Pearl Sinchock of Totowa & Gladys Miller of Lincoln Park.

Mrs. Loden was born in Expidite, PA and lived the last 62 years in Clifton. She worked for 29 Years with PNC bank and was a parishioner of St. Paul RC Church in Clifton & St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church – Passaic & a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. Helen loved ice cream, chocolate, knitting, crocheting, and spending time in the Poconos. She made the best pierogis. Her life centered around her faith, family, and caring for others. Everybody called her “Nan!”

Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Friday at 9:15 AM. Then to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10 AM. Interment Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
