Katherine "Kitty" Colca

Colca, Katherine “Kitty” (Misuraca), 91 of Clifton passed away on January 29, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Colca. Loving mother and best friend to her children, Joseph & his wife Susan of Doylestown, PA, Kathryn & her husband Anthony Miragliotta of Clifton and Jane Colca of Riverdale. Grandmother of Joseph, Erin, Michela, Ryan, Lyndsay and the late Anthony. Great Grandmother to Emma, Lucas, James, Connor, Giana, Joseph & Evelyn. Dear sister of the late Sebastian Misuraca & Sally Vullo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Kitty was born in Passaic and lived in Clifton for most of her life. She was a parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle RC Church in Clifton. She loved to cook and entertaining friends and family. She was a devout catholic and prayed daily novenas. We will miss her biscotti and daily phone calls. She was a member of the St Philip’s Prime Timers and the Leisure Time Friends.

Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Friday at 9:45 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Philip the Apostle RC Church at 10:30 AM. Entombment Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Thursday 3-5 PM & 7-9 PM. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
