Luz Esther Alvarez

Luz Esther Alvarez, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2026, in Hoboken, New Jersey, at the age of 75.

She was born on September 15, 1950, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Luz Esther will be remembered for the love, warmth, and devotion she gave to her family throughout her life. Her greatest joy was her family, and she cherished the time she spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Luz Esther is survived by her loving son, Felix; her three grandchildren, Kathy, Nathan, and Ethan; and her four great-grandchildren, Jayden, Isaac, Caroline, and DJ. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Her memory will live on through her family and the many lives she touched with her love.

Funeral services will be private.
