Maria Wintoniw

Wintoniw, Maria (Cap), 94 of Clifton on October 28, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Wasyl. Loving mother to Lesia Albizati and her husband Daniel of Clifton. Devoted grandmother to Nicholas and Mark Albizati. Mrs. Wintoniw was born in Zahutyn, Ukraine and came to the U.S. from Germany in 1949 settling in Bayonne; she moved to Clifton in 2000. She was a member of the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Passaic and was also member of the Ukrainian Women League of America and the O.D.F.F.U.W. in Bayonne. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Saturday at 8:45 AM then to Saint Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 9:30 AM. Interment Holy Spirit Cemetery, Hamptonburgh, NY. Visiting Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Parastas 8 PM. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation (U.C.E.F) for the Lviv Seminary.
