Nancy Sokasits

Nancy Sokasits, 74, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2026, in Morristown, New Jersey.

Born on January 24, 1952, in Passaic, New Jersey, Nancy was the beloved daughter of the late Rudolph and Anne (Binder) Sokasits.

Nancy dedicated 50 years of her professional career to Omnicom Group in New York City, where her talent, creativity, and leadership earned her the position of Creative Director before her retirement. She was respected by colleagues and admired for her commitment, vision, and professionalism throughout her distinguished career.

Nancy is survived by her loving sister, Diana Shagawat; her niece, Patricia Kellet; and her nephew, David Shagawat. She will be remembered with love by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Passaic, New Jersey. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Marrocco Memorial Chapel, 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
