Oscar Ricca Bucarda

Oscar Ricca Bucarda, born on October 22, 1947, in San Martin, Argentina, passed away on November 24, 2025.

Oscar came to the United States in 1969, building a life first in New York City, where he lived for twenty years before settling in Bloomfield, New Jersey. A dedicated and hardworking craftsman, Oscar spent 35 years as a roofer with Sal La Rosa Roofing Co. in Woodland Park, New Jersey. His work ethic, reliability, and quiet perseverance earned him the respect of colleagues and customers alike.

Family was at the heart of Oscar’s life. He is survived by his sons, John Ricca and his wife Natalie, and David Ricca and his wife Tamara; his beloved grandsons, Jonathan and Jason Ricca; and his sister, Saturnina. He will be remembered for his strength, devotion, and the deep pride he held for his family.

Funeral services will be private.

Oscar will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
