Peter Panayoti

Panayoti, Peter, of Clifton, passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Denise Panayoti (Condaras). Loving father of Gregory Panayoti and his wife Gabriela, and Valerie Panayoti Raymonds and her husband John. Devoted grandfather of Joseph, Matthew, and Vincent Peter. Cherished brother of Sophie Saltamanikas. Peter is reunited with his parents, Gregory and Helen, and his sister, Mary Vagenas.

Born in New York in 1934, Peter spent most of his life in Wallington, New Jersey, where he raised his family, before settling in Clifton for the remaining years of his life. He was a United States Navy veteran and a co-owner of VAL Institute of Drafting in Paterson. He spent many years working for Midland Ross as a draftsman. Peter was always well known for his love of cooking, his humor, and his skills as an artist.

Funeral Liturgy Wednesday 10:30 AM at St. George Greek Orthodox Church - 818 Valley Rd. Clifton, NJ. Entombment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park – 234 Paramus Rd. Paramus, NJ.
