Raymond Martin Wolak

Give rest oh Lord to your newly departed servant Raymond Martin Wolak Sr., 88, on July 19, 2025. He was born November 3, 1936 to Cassie (née Sarama) and John Wolak in Dupont, Pennsylvania. Raymond is survived by his wife of 65 years Elaine (née Nosal); brother John (Judy) Wolak, Leonard predeceased(Gloria) Wolak; Richard (Barbara) Wolak; son Raymond Wolak Jr. (Lisa); son Michael (JoAnn) Wolak; daughter Kim (Mark) Lewandowski; grandchildren Michael (Courtney) Wolak; Joseph Wolak; Melissa Lewandowski; Raymond Wolak; Ryan Lewandowski; Jacquelyn Wolak; Andrew Wolak; and great grandchild Ellie Wolak. Raymond grew up in Passaic, New Jersey and graduated from Passaic High School in 1954. He served in the Marines from 1957-1959 and graduated from Seton Hall University in 1960. As a 38 year resident of Paramus, New Jersey, Raymond spent 26 years working for the Western Union Executive Offices for 26 years and finally for the Paramus Board of Education. 

The family will receive family and friends on Friday July 25, 2025 from 4-8 p.m. at the Marrocco Memorial Chapel on 470 Colfax Ave Clifton, NJ. Funeral will be held in on Saturday July 26, 2025 at Saint Michael’s Chapel on 415 Lackawanna Ave in Woodland Park, NJ 07424 at 10 a.m.
