Rosalie Messina

Messina, Rosalie, 96 of Clifton, passed away on February 13, 2023. Daughter of the late Joseph and Rosalia Seminara. Beloved wife of the late Dominick R. Messina. Loving mother to Joseph, Richard & his wife Ana, John, the late Michael & his wife Maria. Devoted grandmother to Matthew (Agnes), Katie O’Brien (Marty), Maggie Warchalowsky (Matt), John, Michael, Steven, Richie and Alicia. Dear great grandmother to Zosia, Charley, Patrick & Liam. Sister to the late Madeline and her husband Ernest Capuano.

Rosalie was born in the Bronx and moved to Passaic as an infant, she lived in Clifton since 1954. She was a lifelong parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua RC Church in Passaic.

Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel – 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton on Saturday at 9:15 am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church at 10 AM then to East Ridgelawn Cemetery. Visiting on Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Anthony of Padua RC Church - 101-103 Myrtle Ave. Passaic, NJ 07055.
