Scafidi, Sal, 68 of Clifton, passed away on February 23, 2015. Beloved husband of Mary Ann Scafidi. Loving father of the late Diane Santiago. Devoted grandfather of Cassandra Lee of Clifton. Brother of Rose Beringhelli and her husband Giuseppe of Fair Lawn and Anthony Scafidi of Haledon. Son-in-law of Ann Alu. Brother-in-law of Joseph Alu, James Alu and the late Martin Alu. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Mr. Scafidi was born in Caronia, Italy and came to the United States in 1951. He was the co-owner of Accutax Accounting Services in Clifton. He was a former member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Clifton. He was a Marine Corps Veteran of Vietnam war.
Visiting on Thursday from 4-7 PM at the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton. Funeral Service at 6:30 PM.
