Brunda, Valentina (Zozyla),88, of Myrtle Beach, SC. Formerly of Garfield,NJ passed away on January 15, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Michael Brunda. Loving mother of Peter Brunda & his wife Gina, Maria & her husband Gary Prokopowitz & Lilly Ann Brunda. Grandmother of Matthew & his wife Christine.
Mrs. Brunda was born in Kiev, Ukraine and came to the US in 1954, settling in Garfield before moving to Myrtle Beach, SC. She was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Passaic.
Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Saturday at 8:45 AM then to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 9:30 AM. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visiting Friday 2-4 PM. Parastas Friday 3:30 PM.
