Virginia Ronga, a cherished matriarch and a beacon of love in her family, peacefully departed this world on February 17, 2026, in Clifton, New Jersey, at the age of 96. Born on October 24, 1929, Virginia lived a life rich in love, creativity, and devotion to her family.
A loving mother and wife, Virginia’s spirit was a nurturing presence in the lives of her children and her late husband, Joseph Ronga. Her enduring love for her family was evident in every moment she spent with them. With a heart full of kindness, she embraced the roles of mother and mentor to her beloved children, Joseph A. Ronga, Vince Ronga, and Jane Ronga. They will forever carry her lessons, her laughter, and the warmth of her maternal embrace in their hearts.
Virginia was also predeceased by her son, Dominick Ronga. Her love for her family remained a guiding light, illuminating the paths of her children as they navigated through life.
In addition to her dedication to her family, Virginia found joy in her hobbies. Painting and crafting were not just pastimes for her but expressions of her vibrant soul. Each brushstroke and each crafted piece reflected her unique personality and deep sense of beauty. They stand as a testament to her passion, a legacy of creativity that her children will cherish.
Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of Virginia at Marrocco Memorial Chapel located at 470 Colfax Ave, Clifton, NJ 07013. A visitation will be held on February 23, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, allowing all who loved her to share in the celebration of her life and the beautiful memories that will forever remain in their hearts.
As we bid farewell to this incredible woman, we remember not only the void left by her absence but also the countless ways she touched the lives of those around her. Virginia Ronga's spirit will live on through her children and in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. Let us remember her not in sorrow but in the vibrant colors of her paintings and the joy of her laughter that will echo through time. Burial will be private.
